A clear path to a build-ready project
Every successful project starts with clarity
Our process is designed to take you from an initial idea to a fully planned, build-ready site. Reducing uncertainty, avoiding costly mistakes, and helping you understand what needs to be aligned before construction begins.
Boma provides general guidance based on past experience. All site work, permitting, approvals, and project execution are handled by the buyer and local professionals.

Apply everything to your property.
This is where we take the information from the Welcome Packet and apply it directly to your property and goals.

-
Project Game Plan: What steps you need to take to move forward (You: Confirm zoning with town, contact local contractors, finalize site access plan, lock in model and move to design phase.)
This phase is based on general guidance and experience. Final decisions and requirements should be confirmed with local professionals.
This fee is non-refundable but credited toward your project if you proceed.
3. Design Phase ($400)

We Don't Just Sell Units
We Help You Plan the Project
Most container companies stop at the build.
We provide guidance to help you understand your project from the ground up. So you're not left figuring out site prep, layout, and logistics without direction.
Built Around Real Land,
Not Just Factory Designs
Every project is considered in the context of your actual property: access, terrain, utilities, and typical local requirements.
No generic layouts that don't translate once delivered.
Clarity Before You Comit
Our planning-first approach is designed to give you direction early.
You'll have a clearer understanding of feasibility, layout considerations, and next steps before moving into production.
Aligned With Real-World Requirements
We help you think through how your project fits with typical site conditions and requirements.
All final approvals and requirements are determined by your local municipality and professionals.
Designed for Fast, Low-Disruption Installation
Units arrive largely complete and ready for placement.
This reduces on-site construction time, minimizes disruption, and helps shorten the time to use or revenue.
Flexible for Personal or Investment Use
Whether you're building for personal use, a short-term rental, or a multi-unit setup, the process adapts to your goals.
